Orders ship from Jiangsu, China. Estimated delivery time is usually 15–30 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Because our products are custom-made personal jewelry items, all sales are final except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
