AegisArch products are custom-made or prepared in limited batches. Please review the product photos, description, size, materials, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Because our products are custom-made personal jewelry items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, personal preference, or normal variations in natural stone color, pattern, texture, or handmade details.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [laokai1688@gmail.com]. Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

If a return is approved by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake. Approved returns must be sent to our return address in Jiangsu, China. Items must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are non-refundable.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package.
